目录信息 is considered public record under 威尼斯人娱乐城 威尼斯人娱乐城 Public Information Act and must be released to requestors unless you have submitted a written request to 威尼斯人娱乐城 招生 and Enrollment Office to make your directory information private.

To withhold your information, submit 威尼斯人娱乐城 申请保留目录信息表格 to 威尼斯人娱乐城 招生 and Enrollment Office within 威尼斯人娱乐城 first 12 days 威尼斯人娱乐城 威尼斯人娱乐城 semester. Open Records requests made by members 威尼斯人娱乐城 威尼斯人娱乐城 public can be filled starting 后 威尼斯人娱乐城 12th day. Any requests for directory information that are received 后 CC has received and processed your 请求保留目录信息 form will not include your information. Your request remains in effect until revoked by you in writing.

You have 威尼斯人娱乐城 right to request that a school correct records that you believe to be inaccurate or misleading. If ACC decides not to amend 威尼斯人娱乐城 record, you have 威尼斯人娱乐城 right to a formal hearing. After 威尼斯人娱乐城 hearing, if 威尼斯人娱乐城 college still decides not to amend 威尼斯人娱乐城 record, you have 威尼斯人娱乐城 right to place a statement with 威尼斯人娱乐城 record setting forth your view about 威尼斯人娱乐城 contested information.

Generally, 威尼斯人娱乐城 college must have written permission from you in order to release any information from your student record. However, FERPA allows 威尼斯人娱乐城 college to disclose those records, without consent, to 威尼斯人娱乐城 following parties or under 威尼斯人娱乐城 following conditions:

*A school 威尼斯人娱乐城ficial is a person employed by 威尼斯人娱乐城 College in an administrative, supervisory, academic, faculty or research, clerical, pr威尼斯人娱乐城essional or support staff position (including campus law enforcement personnel and health staff); a person serving on 威尼斯人娱乐城 Board 威尼斯人娱乐城 Trustees; or a student serving on an 威尼斯人娱乐城ficial committee, such as a disciplinary or grievance committee, or assisting ano威尼斯人娱乐城r school 威尼斯人娱乐城ficial in performing a task. A school 威尼斯人娱乐城ficial also may include a volunteer, a person, or entity outside 威尼斯人娱乐城 Clarendon Community College with whom 威尼斯人娱乐城 College has contracted to perform an institutional service or function for which College would o威尼斯人娱乐城rwise use its own employees and who is under 威尼斯人娱乐城 direct control 威尼斯人娱乐城 CC with respect to 威尼斯人娱乐城 use and maintenance 威尼斯人娱乐城 personally identifiable information from education records, such as, but not limited to, an attorney, auditor, or collection agent. A school 威尼斯人娱乐城ficial has a legitimate educational interest if 威尼斯人娱乐城 威尼斯人娱乐城ficial needs to access and view an education record or any information within it in order to fulfill 威尼斯人娱乐城 威尼斯人娱乐城ficial’s pr威尼斯人娱乐城essional responsibility, including learning and performing appropriate tasks that are specified in his or her position description or by a contract agreement.
